No one ever wants to be in the position where they have to let someone go from the company but when it happens, you want  to get it right.  This workshop will explain how you can part company with someone without conflict and without doing any damage to your organisation's reputation with remaining or future employees.

This event is part of a series of workshops during Business Week that will give you a template to attract and keep talent in your business.  The other two workshops are Recruiting Talent on 5th November and Developing Talent on 6th November.

Each workshop stands alone as a great learning experience but if you can attend all three it will give your business a comprehensive and invaluable talent 'health check'.

Each individual workshop is priced at £10 + VAT for members and £15 + VAT for non-members but if you sign up for all three, the cost falls to £20 + VAT for members and £30 + VAT for non-members.

Click lyndacollins@fifechamber.co.uk to book your place on all three workshops and save money.
