Andrea Quinn has held very senior roles in the public and private sectors, including Chief Executive of the Scottish Police Services Authority and Head of Environment for the City of Edinburgh Council.   She is now the Managing Director of Geelox Limited, which she founded three years ago to help leaders get the results they want by equipping them with the skills to focus on the people and not the processes in their organisation.

Managing change, creating transformation and improving performance have been a consistent theme throughout her career, in the organisations she has led and in the companies she has advised.   She’ll share some of the lessons she has learned during her journey, from being in the leadership front line herself or from the leaders she has coached, so you can take away practical tips and hints to try in your own organisation to create the success you want for yourself and for your business.
